Minority Cell

The Minority Cell at A J Institute of Engineering and Technology aims to empower minority students by supporting their integration into the mainstream. It is committed to meeting the educational and cultural needs of minority communities, as well as those of other castes, creeds, and nationalities. The Minority Cell promotes cultural events to celebrate diversity and ensures students have access to essential resources, advocating for their well-being within the institution.

The core objectives of this policy are outlined as follows:

The establishment of the Minority Cell in the College aims to address and resolve challenges encountered by minority students and employees. To promote equal educational opportunities for minority groups.
To encourage participation in career orientation programs.
To facilitate financial assistance for students from minority communities from government agencies and other sources.
